Balboa Coves

Balboa Coves is a gate guarded community developed by Harbor Realty in the early 50's.  It is located in the western part of the City of Newport Beach west of Newport Boulevard, between Pacific Coast Highway and the bay.

Balboa Coves consists of 68 lots stretching along one half mile of bay frontage.  Each of the lots faces on one of three waterways or coves with its own boat slip and white sandy beach.  Homes currently listed for sale in Balboa Coves range in price from $2,150,000 to $3,900,000.
