Irvine TerraceIrvine Terrace is centrally located in the City of Newport Beach south of Newport Center, across the street from Newport Beach Country Club and between Pacific Coast Highway and Bayside Drive. Irvine Terrace Phase I was co-developed by Harbor Realty in 1955 and consists of 190 homes.
