For January – DataQuick’s freshest stats — Orange County homebuying patterns showed:
- 70 of O.C.’s 83 ZIP codes had price losses in their respective median selling price. Overall, prices were -28.8% vs. a year ago.
- 19 of O.C. ZIPs went without sales gains in the same period. Overall, sales were +40.4% vs. a year ago.
